The Retirement Plan Installation Specialist position directly contributes to client retention and client satisfaction by proposing 401(k) retirement plan third-party administration services to Financial Advisors specific to their client’s needs. The ideal candidate is able to learn, understand, and professionally communicate 401(k) plan options and processes, as directed by the company, in a timely manner. This position is responsible for the accurate and timely retirement plan design setup; installation process at Dyatech and the client selected recordkeeper; and develop, foster, and maintain positive relationships internally and externally. This position performs administrative functions, such as telephone calls, email communication, documenting on-going setup status in a web application, and provides outstanding internal and external customer service for the life of the retirement plan. This position has no supervisory responsibilities and does not provide investment advice.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Three (3) or more years of continuous account management and/or project management experience.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to take full responsibility for assigned client plans, communicate professionally (both verbal and written) with clients, collaborating with colleagues, and proactively assisting clients.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment to create high-quality services.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional respectful service demeanor at all times.
- Demonstrated ability to strategically manage workload and clients requests, as well as attend to detail to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment; government regulations and company/system processes and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, navigating multiple web-based applications.
- Full time/onsite, 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
