The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing daily functions related to the Human Resources department, which include recruiting, employee performance management, payroll, timekeeping, benefits, employee recognition, training, policy and procedures, and employee events. This position maintains the highest level of confidentiality and ensures compliance with employment, benefits, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements. This position performs other duties as assigned and reports directly to the HR Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Four (4) years Human Resources experience.
- Two (2) years payroll processing experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficient with MS Office applications and web applications related to Human Resources.
- SHRM-CP preferred.
- Full time/onsite, 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm or 8 am – 5 pm.
